Meet Kateryna Savchuk, Grant Assistant
Kateryna Savchuk is a legal professional who has successfully transitioned into grant management, bringing a strong foundation in legal analysis, compliance, and financial oversight to her role.
As a Grant Assistant, she supports the preparation, review, and coordination of grant projects, helping to ensure that agreements, budgets, and reporting requirements are managed effectively.
Kateryna holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, where she also completed extensive coursework in tax and financial law.
From 2016 to 2024, she gained significant experience in legal consulting at a private law firm and qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in 2022. In 2024, she transitioned into the grant sector, joining the grant department as a Grant Assistant.
Her areas of expertise include the legal review of grant agreements, risk assessment, financial control, budget management, financial reporting, and grant compliance.
She also supports the organization and management of grant documentation and the planning and coordination of grant-related activities.
Outside of work, Kateryna enjoys playing squash, singing, and reading books on personal development.
