Minne Pereboom is the Philanthropic Partnerships Officer at CIVIC, where she builds and strengthens relationships with individual supporters, foundations, and corporate partners to advance CIVIC’s mission of protecting civilians in conflict. She has worked in philanthropic partnerships since 2023 and has been part of the CIVIC team since 2021. 

Prior to joining CIVIC, Minne held an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, gaining firsthand experience in diplomacy and international policy. She also interned with the Dutch NGO Free a Girl and was an active member of the Aleppo Appeal Group, advocating for the safety and protection of civilians in Aleppo, Syria, during the war. 

Minne holds an advanced Master of Science in International Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University, where she specialized in complex conflict resolution and negotiation.
