Rebecca has spent more than twenty years helping global humanitarian organizations become stronger, more financially resilient, and better governed.

Across CARE Canada, Save the Children International, and Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières, she has led revenue, organizational strategy, and partnerships while building funding models that continue to deliver long after implementation.

She has also worked in conflict and disaster settings in logistics, fundraising, and communications, giving her first-hand insight into the operational realities that shape decisions affecting civilians in conflict.
